Processing time. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
UK delivery options.
- Standard Delivery (2–4 working days): £3.49 — FREE on orders over £25
- Express Delivery (1–2 working days): £5.99
International delivery. [Currently UK only / Rest of World £9.99 — client to confirm.]
Delays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays or peak periods. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, contact us at support@oronaromas.co.uk and we'll investigate immediately.
Incorrect address. Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't redirect parcels once dispatched, and re-shipping fees may apply for orders returned due to an incorrect address.
